We LOVE the staff at Smile Builders! They had us in and out and took the best care of my child. It was the first time he has x-rays and they were caring and told him every step. I appreciate they care they have given us over the past year!

I echo so many of the other "WOW" reviews for Smile Builders!! I walked in this morning for my son's first appointment here and they had a welcome sign welcoming him by name. Awesome touch! The genuine CARE for my son, for me and for each other was absolutely evident in everything they did; every question, the way they asked him his preferences from what flavor of toothpaste he wanted to what he wanted to watch on TV. Every single person in the office was genuinely caring and kind (and you could feel that). Dr. Lesser came over introduced herself immediately, talked through his x-rays, explained their processes and left me feeling like we were their only patients. I cannot recommend Smile Builders enough.

What an amazing experience! We took our 5yro daughter to her first dentist appointment and the way the staff and doctor made us feel was amazing! It’s themed specifically for little children, they can watch movies, play with toys and even take charge of their own treatment like holding the spit sucker thing (or whatever you call it) lol. The best of it all was how patient and caring the staff was from the people at the front to the doctor herself. We even got a coupon for free ice cream next door as a prize for zero cavities and a cool goodie bag to take home with a brand new toothbrush and little toys. I can’t recommend this place enough! Great job everyone and thank you so much! We’ll be back.

I’ll start with this is our 1st experience since transferring from our kids Pediatric dentist and it could not have been better! Our kids are 4&5 yrs old so from the moment we walked in and saw our kids names on the New Patient board it made them excited to see their names being welcomed to the Smile Builders crew! From the 1st call with this office I was never placed on hold, given the run around or scratched my head wondering why choose them? From Insurance questions to appointment scheduling it was a breeze! The Dental Assistants are just as sweet and caring when physically examining/cleaning the kids teeth! They talked to them about every next action that was about to occur, they offered them options which to me, gave them the opportunity to be part of the process which seemed to be fun for them. As for Dr. Lesser, she was thorough, gentle and allowed the opportunity for the kids to ask questions as well as ourselves. Dr. Lesser took her time with us, reviewed our transferred records and offered her immediate contact should we have any questions which is immensely appreciated!

Both of our children had their first dentist appointment today and they were very excited! When we got into the lobby we were welcomed in with warm smiles and amazingly kind staff! Our hygienist was so patient with both our little ones and they left feeling happy and with bright smiles! I would recommend this office to anyone looking for kindness and expertise!
